About Georges

From Beirut to New York City, my path has been shaped by a fascination with people and their stories—how they unfold and connect.

For nearly twenty years, I’ve made documentaries in diverse settings across the globe. Catalog is my ongoing project applying that same documentarian instinct to daily life—a curated collection of fragments that spark connections and discoveries. You can learn more about my documentary work here.

About Catalog

Catalog is a collection of books, films, places, people, concepts, and insights—fragments that, when placed together, spark connections, stories, and discoveries. They become building blocks for inspiration, narratives, and creative expression.

Like a documentarian curating materials, this archive gathers fortuitous occurrences of everyday life: films watched, books stumbled upon, people whose ideas linger, places and cafés discovered, photographs and videos captured in passing, reflections recorded, and songs caught in restaurants, on streets, or shared by friends.

It’s a form of living archaeology: collecting experiences and excavating them for patterns and meaning, transforming the practice of documentary-making into something entirely new.

Join me in this ongoing exploration.
